I have carried three important job titles in my life: wife, Mom and now Nonny. I am a mother to three grown children of my own and now a nonny to seven wild and beautiful grandchildren, five boys and two girls. These little ones gave me the opportunity to bring sewing back into my life. The creativity of sewing has enthralled me since I was a little girl staying every summer with my MawMaw. I can still see myself sitting at the end of her hall, perched on top of several books for height, sewing away. Now I perch in front of my own sewing machines, about five at last count, and create clothes for my stores Punkydoo Kids and Little Dixie Chicks. Combine these names and you get Kids and Chicks.
